The strategy pages on this site are the public face of a deeper civic-transformation framework. Here is the whole system: thirteen interlocking domains, each an incentive-design intervention, each measured, each answerable to the same value test — dignity for everyone on the ladder.
Fix the incentive structure, not the symptoms. Separate ideation from implementation. Choose heroes wisely; teach people how to ask questions. Diagnose corruption honestly — it is a system problem with stage-one drivers (no work–life balance, no legitimate rewards, inflation, social pressure), not merely a villain problem.
→ Vision 2035The spine. School clusters with shared infrastructure; principals with real stake; freedom in teaching method; life skills alongside academics; public libraries and night schools; vocational academies (Design, Hygiene, English, civil services); free world-class online learning for every student; an education check-up website auditing school health.
→ Education & SkillsThe cultural operating system. Teach what development actually means and what ignorance costs the community. A dedicated civic team with strong social security — and the economic case made publicly: fixing traffic behaviour saves fuel, time, and money, and quietly ends VIP culture.
Drone-based traffic studies before flyovers; remote parking with last-mile shuttles; one-minute bus-stop limits; leaders travel the same roads in the same vehicles as citizens; rally culture ended for its traffic and disruption cost.
→ Drone missions in TechnologyOfficials out of business during tenure; a public project counter with citizen polling; every tender scrutinised; boards of honour and shame; a complete institutional-memory database; RTI filed on citizens' behalf; contractor reform — fast billing, credentialed entry, a labourer-to-manager career ladder, anti-monopoly rotation.
→ Policy RecommendationsHomegrown food and retail chains; manufacturing clusters; farm-to-food value chains; a Requests-for-Startups list; ₹50k MVP grants; state e-commerce and labour portals; the AI-automation company and recycling cooperative as the movement's revenue engines; financial-literacy armour for families and founders.
→ Startups · EconomySmart-farmer technology with certification-gated subsidised loans; high-value crops (mushroom, honey); farmer dignity and recognition on par with any profession; rural livelihoods strong enough that nobody migrates out of distress.
→ Agriculture in EconomyPrevention first: free vision testing, fitness centres, healthy-default juice stalls (bhim-kol, bel) against obesity. Mental health as a first-class concern; a financial-stress support portal that catches hardship before it breaks people; clean restaurants, steel over plastic, and a public health check-up website.
Gamified dustbins and garbage touchpoints; bottle crushers and a recycling cooperative; dignity for sanitation workers; rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment; a borewell registry; the tree army; hargila (greater adjutant) and bird education — Assam's hargila conservation is already a world-cited success; reform of river-polluting ritual practices framed as protecting sacred nature.
Drone surveys for planning and encroachment; sustainable homes by design (mud, terracotta, sun-following orientation); a public toilet network with a map and inspections; dormant sports grounds activated with academies and talent scouting; fire safety; a digital helper in every village.
The constitution of the blueprint. "Great minds should not suffer" — a support fund so the best minds never lack basic facilities. A job cannot be defined by caste; sanitation workers represented with dignity; women's choice and empowerment; minimum wage and worker safety enforced; verification-based targeted subsidy.
Media funded by the state's growth and obligated to promote its products — never party narratives. A content factory and newsletter; Assamese-language quizzes and drives; artist portals selling through the state platform; banner-free streets via a free advertising agency; critical-thinking and civic-courage clubs.
→ Tribes & CultureA legal-loophole portal with crowdfunded litigation officers; RTI support; a verified civic platform for organising peaceful protest with a solutions-first vigilant team; drone-assisted policing; monitoring of coordinated inauthentic behaviour — bounded by hard due-process guardrails so accountability tools never become censorship tools.
→ Guardrails in PolicyHandled constructively and origin-neutrally: local jobs and founders through the §5 enterprise engines; rural livelihoods (§6) so nobody leaves home out of distress; cultural and linguistic strength through §11; urban capacity through §8–9. The blueprint lifts its own people up — it never singles a community out. That is both the ethics and the strategy.
→ Economic Self-RelianceThe system view
The load-bearing insight: education plus civic sense is the foundation — without them, every enforcement idea degrades into treating symptoms. The economy makes the movement self-funding and independent. Equity and dignity are the constitution the other domains must not violate. And everything starts with three wedge projects, not thirteen fronts — see the Roadmap.
